They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and they must never be used as a substitute for medical treatment, for a prescribed medicine, or for a varied and balanced diet.

Vitamin K2 in particular may interact with anticoagulant medicines. Do not begin a vitamin K supplement while taking such a medicine without medical supervision.
Use as directed
Follow the directions and the recommended daily dose printed on the pack. Do not exceed the stated dose. More is not better: several nutrients, including fat-soluble vitamins and minerals, are harmful in excess. Keep supplements out of the sight and reach of young children, and store them as indicated on the pack.
Allergens and ingredients
Always read the ingredient list and allergen information on the pack before use. Formulations differ between products and between markets. Products containing fish oil are derived from fish and are unsuitable for people with fish allergy; whey protein is derived from milk. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop use and seek medical advice.
Health claims
We describe our products by what they contain rather than by what they do. In the European Union, only health claims authorised under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and listed in the EU Register may be used for a food supplement. In the United States, permitted structure/function claims must carry the FDA statement reproduced at the top of this page. Any claim appearing on a pack or on a marketplace listing is subject to the rules of that market.
